1. Direct User Ordering
Direct Users making purchases at sports-hoop.com is easy.
Whether it's your first time or you're an expert online shopper, you can complete your shopping just in few simple steps. This section explains basic steps you need to know on placing online orders with Sports Hoop Inc.

Placing an item in your cart ---
When you see an item you like, simply click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item price. That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the shopping cart page, where you'll be able to view all the items you've added to your cart so far. You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected. You also can remove items from your cart by clicking the "Remove" button. When you are satisfied with your order, click the "Check out Total" button at the left bottom corner and you're on your way to completing your purchase.
You can cancel an order anytime during checkout by clicking "Cancel." Or email us within one hour after check out.

Out of stock after checkout ---
If a regular item is out of stock after check out, we will inform you by phone or email for the item change, waiting, or cancellation.
We will not inform you if sales promotional items are out of stock.

Payment options ---
We accept following major credit cards issued by U.S. banks: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card. We also accept debit cards (also called "check cards," "ATM cards," or "banking cards"), but only those cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front.
We also accept money orders, personal checks, and company checks. However we wait until check is cashed, before shipping the order.
We're sorry that we do not accept credit cards issued by foreign (non-US) banks at our e-store.
Please do not send cash.

Your payment information ---
Near the end of the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your credit-card type, expiration date, credit-card number, plus your name, address, phone number, and email address as they appear on your credit-card statements for charges and shipping processing only. We will not store your credit-card information.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Sports Hoop, Inc. (sports-hoop.com and associate websites) will never sell or rent any of your personal information under any circumstances. Please read our Security & Privacy page for more information.

Sales tax ---
Only in California, you will be charged sales tax for all orders, where the 8.75% sales tax rate will apply. Residents of California will not be charged sales tax if their order is shipped elsewhere.

Order and Shipping processing ---
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
We ship out your order in 1-3 business days unless item is out of stock.
UPS Ground service is our standard delivery service in USA continent territory.
Estimated 3-9 business days for delivery is required by FedEx due to different zones.
Only boxed or bagged items are available for overseas orders such as Alaska and Hawaii.
USPS Priority service is our standard shipping way for Alaska, Hawaii, etc.
USPS Air delivery is for foreign countries orders. It takes 7 to 25 business days.

Track your orders ---
After we ship out your order, we'll email you a tracking number if you provide us with your email address. If there is any problem about receiving your order, please contact us by email, at our website, or call our Customer Service Department toll free number 1-866-700-5668. We will handle the problem for you.
