Exchange and Refund Policy
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee once item has been shipped out.
1. If you would like to exchange an item, you must contact the Customer Service within 7 days after the item has been delivered.
2. Once Customer Service has approved your request, you must pack the item carefully and ship the item back by FedEx or UPS ground service, within 1 week of your request. Customer is responsible for return shipping charge.
3. The refund will be processed within 1 week after we received returned item and will be issued to the original method of payment used.
4. Please note. All DVD’s are non-refundable. Defective item will only be exchanged.

2. Once Customer Service has approved your request, you must pack the item carefully and ship it back by FedEx or UPS ground service, within 1 week of your request. Customer will be responsible for both-way shipping costs unless the order is incorrect or defective/damaged.
3. Once the original item is received, we will ship out the new item or contact you if there is a difference in price and a balance due.
Damage During Shipping
If you received your order and it was damaged by FedEx, please do not open the package. Contact Customer Service at 1866-700-5668 so we can file a damage claim with FedEx.
1. A damaged sponge is not included in our warranty. If you would like a replacement section, please contact Customer Service for pricing.
2. The Warranty for damage to the inner plastic pipe of a hoop is for 30 days only and must be a manufacturing defect.
3. If a manufacturing defect is found on any item, contact Customer Service and a replacement item will be sent out within 2 business days. We will pay for shipping and include a return FedEx shipping label. If original item is not returned, we will contact customer to send damaged/defective item back or charge customer for item.
