Item Exchange or Refund

Canceling a Purchase Need to Pay a 15% restocking Fee
1.    A 15% of total purchase value will be charged if you cancel an order after merchandise shipped out.
2.    Customer needs to request return refund within 7 days after order received.
3.    Customer needs to repack the returned item carefully and send it back 
       by FedEx or UPS ground service within one week of their request.
4.    The refund check will be sent out within three days after we receive the return.

Damage During Shipping
If you found the product you ordered was damaged during shipping, please don’t open the package.
Call UPS Ground service for shipping damage return pickup or
call our toll free number 1-866-700-5668 for help.

Damage Exchange
1.   A broken sponge is not included in our warranty. If sponge is damaged during shipping, 
      customer can ask for an exchange up to 7 days after order receipt.
2.   The warranty for the inside plastic or pipe steel broken is for 30 days only.
3.   Our company will send out the replacement item in 2 business days.
      Customer does not need to pay the shipping charge.
4.   A prepaid return label and shipping paper will be enclosed with the new product.
5.   Customer needs to repack the damaged item carefully and put on the return label.
      Give it to any UPS station or carrier without paying any shipping charge if within one week.
6.   If our company does not receive the damaged return, we will contact customer again for return or charge.
7.   If customer asks for different item replacement, the difference will be either charged or refunded.

Item Exchange
1.    Customer requesting an item exchange must call our customer service department
       within 7 days after the order has been received.
2.    Customer needs to repack the returned item carefully and send it back 
       by FedEx or UPS ground service within one week of their request.
3.    Customer is required to pay the shipping charges of the return item and shipping
       charges for exchanged item.
