We offer a 10% off online  retail price discount to orders more than  $200.
And a 15 % off retail price discount to group orders more than  $ 1,000 . 
The maximum discount is 20% off retail price to single order more than $2,000.
Shipping freight is included in all final discount price.
Above discount is limited to single order with one shipping address only.

  Order and Shipping processing.
You can combine different items with different quantities in your order.
Pay advance is our term. We accept money orders, personal checks, company checks 
and major credit cards issued in USA.
We’ll ship out your order in 1-3 business days unless item is out of stock.
FedEx Ground service is our standard delivery service in the contiguous U.S.
Estimated 3-9 business days for delivery is required by FedEx due to different zones.
Only boxed or bagged items are available for overseas order such as Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders outside the contiguous US must pay for extra shipping charge.
USPS Priority or Air service is our standard shipping for overseas orders.

Product damage exchange.
1. A broken sponge is not included in our warranty. If sponge is damaged during shipping,
     please ask us for an exchange up to 7 days after order was received.
2. The warranty for the inside plastic or pipe steel broken warranty is 30 days only on this consuming products.
     Damage exchange is free shipping both ways. Please call us for prepaid return shipping label for the damaged item.
 In fairness to individual online buyers, we do not accept returns for refund on discounted group orders.
