Welcome, Group buyers in the USA,
We offer a 5% off discount of retail price to orders more than  $100.
10% off discount of retail price to orders more than  $200.
15% off discount of retail price to orders more than  $1,000.
The maximum discount is 20% off retail price to single order more than $2,000.
Shipping freight is not included in all final discount price.
Shipping freight is included in all final discount prices.

Order and Shipping Processing.
You can combine different items with different quantities in your order.
Payment in advance is our term. We accept money orders, personal checks, company checks, 
and major credit cards issued within the USA.
Your order will ship in 1-3 business days unless item is out of stock.
UPS Ground service is our standard delivery service in the contiguous U.S.
Estimated 3-9 business days for delivery is required by UPS due to different zones.
Only boxed or bagged items are available for overseas order such as Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders outside the contiguous US must pay for extra shipping charge.
USPS Priority or Air service is our standard shipping for overseas orders.

Damaged Products and Exchanging.
1. A broken sponge is not included in our warranty. If sponge is damaged during shipping,
     please ask us for an exchange up to 7 days after order is received.
2. The warranty for the inside plastic or pipe steel is 30 days only.
Damaged exchanges receive free shipping both ways. Please call us for prepaid return shipping label for the damaged item.
In fairness to individual online buyers, we do not accept Returns-for-Refund on discounted group orders.
